We offer party supplies, balloons, decorations, party favours, tableware, themed celebration products, backdrops and event accessories.
Are all products kept in stock locally?
Not necessarily. Kiddio Party Shop uses a mixed sourcing model, and selected products may be fulfilled by international suppliers.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier and shipping service. Please check the delivery information shown for the product and at checkout where available.
Will I receive tracking information?
Tracking details will be provided once available from the supplier or shipping carrier.
Can one order arrive in more than one parcel?
Yes. If your order contains products supplied from different locations, items may be delivered separately.
What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong product?
Please contact us as soon as possible at kiddioevents623@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Should I order early for a birthday or event?
Yes. We recommend ordering ahead of your event date, particularly for internationally sourced products.
